Brushing
Care
Please, people, I know I sound like your mother but you know all those
beautimous celebs with perfect brilliant smiles? Um, that could be you
(apart from the celeb status) if you just BRUSH TWICE A DAY. When you wake
up and before you go to bed. It's NOT THAT HARD PEOPLE. I know it's boring
or whatever but you can do it while you dance around your room naked
before bedtime to get all the stress out. Wait, or is it just me who does
that? Well it's fun. I tend to get toothpaste everywhere (all over the
mirror in my bathroom and the walls. Yeah, I'm real sanitary) but it's
super fun, especially when they play that song WHEN I'M A WALKING I STRUT
MY STUFF AND I'M SO STRUNG OUT (you can tell I'm listening to it as I
write this I'M HIGH AS A KITE). Oh, and some tips: brushing gums = no gum
disease when your old and brushing tongue = better breath. (Just don't
brush too far back in your tongue or you'll puke).
Also, don't brush too long or hard, as this wears
away your tooth enamel.
Products
Arm and Hammer makes the best toothpaste, according to Elsa's smart
dentist but not my retarded one (he's made me wear braces for the past
four years and he says another six months. In idiot dentist talk that
means sixty more years.) Apparently the whitening toothpaste restores
whiteness stuff in your teeth without wearing away tooth enamel. That's
what Crest Whitening Toothpaste does. So use Arm & Hammer toothpaste,
or Colgate is good too.
